I had a broken watch and broken necklace that I brought to Garner Wallace and was greeted and helped with my pieces immediately and with assurance. I was welcomed to coffee and enjoyed some of the fine watches and accessories that they had to offer. Within 15 minutes I had my watch back on my wrist, and the necklace was good as new. I will definitely return to do business when need be! Always important to have a reliable jewelry repair near your home.

I stopped by to have my watch repaired expecting to drop it off and come back in a few days. The awesome gentleman fixed it right then in less than 5 minutes. Obviously this will vary on your repair, their workload, etc but I was so impressed by how helpful they were. While I was waiting, I looked around at their display cabinets, they have some really beautiful stuff and looks like if they don’t have exactly what you want they can make it for you! A great shop with great people, definitely stop by if you are looking for a nice watch. Thanks!

Awesome guy, he really knows his stuff! We brought my husband's Invicta to him, the day of the week hasn't been keeping correct "time". He took it to the back to do a small adjustment and told us to bring it back if it has further issues. He also took out two links on my new Michael Kors, no charge! Definitely recommend, we'll be back!

When they replaced the Westminster chime in a clock that was very special to me, the first one they tried did not have the rich sound I wanted. They ordered another one because they “wanted me to be happy with it”. It sounds even better than the original and I very pleased! Very thankful they were willing to go to the extra trouble to make a customer happy.

Highly recommend this place if your looking for your next Rolex or servicing of your high end watches. Very knowledgeable staff. Spoke with a gentleman believe he was the watchmaker there and he was very patience, helpful on answering all my questions.

I brought my wedding ring from New Zealand in to get two diamonds replaced that had fallen out. They finished it in just a few days, and charged half of what I was expecting the cost to be. The people are very friendly as well. They even gave me and my daughter some chocolates on the way out.

I don't have really expensive watches, but the watches I have mean a lot to me. Garner Wallace has fixed three of them and the service has been fast, well done and very, very reasonable. I have to drive 30-45 minutes to get there, but I won't use anyone else! Best value for service I've ever had!

I have a beloved old Swiss watch. I checked with several other jewelry stores in the area that sell fine watches, and all they could do was mail off my watch for service. I was thrilled to find Garner Wallace, which does have a watchmaker. Todd took care of everything I needed in a few minutes. Everyone there is extremely helpful and nice. I highly recommend them.

I was going straight over to my regular jeweler at Fred Meyer jeweler and was sadly disappointed to be turned around to say that my watch was too unique and that they would have to send it off to their bench to take a couple of links out for 3 days and charge me $30, $20 over the normal rate. Well luckily I have a Garner and Wallace fine time pieces in jewelry in my neighborhood. Had my watch sized with no appointment necessary and was seen promptly and very happy with the work five star review

Great people and great service. This family owned jewelry store priority is that once you open the door and step in they will take care of you, not matter what they have to deal with to make you happy they will make you happy. We’ve come here several times for jewelry/ watch batteries, repairs, adjustments, selling, and purchases. Always a pleasant experience and never any issues. He most recently adjusted my watch to fit better, and didn’t even charge me. Highly recommend.

I can not say enough good things about the service here. Based on the good reviews I saw, I drove from Arlington in hopes of finding someone to fix my husband’s watch which was literally in pieces from me accidentally dropping it on a tile floor. I was greeted and helped immediately. The service far exceeded five stars and I will definitely be back. They fixed the watch way faster than I expected and it looks brand new. There is nothing else to say other than it was so refreshing to find good old fashioned customer service from just plain good people.

Wow! I went in for a minor clock repair... one with a battery that runs the hands of a modern clock. They were a little amused such a simple thing had entered their store and that it didn't work. they fixed it on the spot and didn't even charge me for it! Who does that these days?! Nice jewelry store too! I am happy to have found a competent clocksmith so close to me!

What a treasure Garner Wallace Timepieces and Jewelry is ! Wonderful people, and the decor of the shop is so Victorian! I loved browsing, as the jeweler fixed my necklace. I can hardly wait to tell my husband about all the beautiful things I saw this morning! The anniversary clocks are so beautiful !!!(Another plus is a precious toy poodle named LaLa meeting you at the door !)I give this wonder shop 7 stars ???????

We went in to have the battery changed also a link taken out of my Michael Kors watch.. They were so helpful and eager to help me.. Every other place wanted to charge $85 and up ... All they charged me for was the battery... Very nice knowledgeable people ..will be back and will refer my friends and family...

Saw a sign for jewelry repair in the window and I stopped by for my watch repair. Kris was very helpful and was able to have their Master Watch maker repair my watch while I waited. After looking at the selection of watches and other jewelry there it has changed my mind in the way that I think and where I buy my jewelry from. I will definitely be keeping them in mind whenever I go shopping for jewelry. Also while I was here they gave me a great idea of what to purchase for my daughter and her graduation gift from college. What better way to say congratulations than buying her a Rolex timepiece after her dedication in school and Athletics to graduate with a biology degree. So I will definitely be making a stop here in April of 2020.

AGAIN, they were such fantastic people to work with! They had the work done fast and did several minor adjustments to some other watches for no charge. For watch repirs, this is the place to go. This was the second time I used their services and was very pleased with the speed, quality, and price to get our Citizen watches fixed. First was a bezel replacement and the second was a pin replacement for which there wasn't even a charge and i was in and out within five minutes. While there I was looking around and they sell some very fine jewelry and watches as well...once i stopped checking out the fish tank

On our 10 Year Wedding Anniversary my Wife surprised me with a Submariner Rolex Watch. That was 16 years ago, I proudly wear it everyday! My Rolex goes everywhere I go, while I am working, playing or going out with my Wife, its with me all the time!I was super busy and did not notice that I had brushed again a surface that pop the Dial Bezel, and the 2 ringers under it off. You could say it was in need of major attention. I could not find the Dial Bezel or Rings. I've known Todd for some time now. I took my Rolex to Todd, he has cleaned by Rolex in the past and done a super job. Todd put my Rolex back together making look and operate like new again. I was extremely pleased with the price and most impressed with the quality of his workmanship. My Rolex looks and feels like the day my Wife gifted it to me. After 2 weeks and feeling naked with out it, once again I 'm proudly wearing my Wife's Gift to me. My Submariner Rolex! Thanks you Todd for the AWESOME JOB!
