Are your items authentic?

As a qualified Rolex service and repair facility, Garner Wallace inspects every watch we sell for authenticity by one of our Master Watchmaker and graduated Gemologist.

Do items come with original packaging and paperwork?

It depends-it’s a case by case basis on the watch and watch owner. If it’s available, we will mention original packaging and/or paperwork in the watch’s description.

What if I don’t live in the United States? Can I still make a purchase?

Currently, we only ship to locations in the United States. If we expand further, we will make an announcement.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do not charge sales tax for items being mailed outside the state of Texas. If you live in Texas, we are required to charge 6.25% sales tax.

What’s your return policy?
